WHAT IS REQUIRED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

To Place An Order:
Client must pay a 25% deposit(non-refundable) which is awarded toward the total of the order. We require a Copy of your ID ( front and back ) We require a Copy of the Credit Card ( front and back ) Full Name, mailing & delivery address of a person, home, or business that matches the individual on the order and phone number

Do you offer package deals?

Yes we do have package deals depending on the rental orders, if you have any questions we are more than happy answer

is there A minimum i need to book for orders?

No there is no minimum , you can rent any number of our items available.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders placed 14 days or more in advance of the rental date are subject to a 50% fee of the invoice if canceled within 7 days of the scheduled rental date. Orders placed 7 days and below are subject to a 35% fee as well if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled rental date.

Do you Deliver?

Yes, we do offer delivery. When you request that items be delivered to you, they will be delivered at a time by the driver that best fits the schedule. Delivery rates will vary depending on delivery specifics. Please contact us for a quote.

what do you do for late-night pickups?

We can arrange for an after-hours pick-up for an additional fee. The latest we pick up any items is 11:30 pm or will be scheduled for the following day. Please contact us for a quote.

I may need my items to be picked up at a specific time, how would that work?

We can arrange for time specific deliveries and pick ups. We do charge extra for this as we will be arranging our other deliveries around your event. Please contact us for a quote.

Do I have to pick up my order myself or can I send someone else?

Either you or someone else can pick up your order. They will need to be added to the contract prior to payment and pickup of items.

How long do I get my rentals for?

The rental rate is based on a 24-hour rental minimum. Should you need the items longer please contact us and ask about our multi-day rates.

What happens if I have missing or damaged items when I return my order?

if the client returns the items without any damage or any loss (small or big). we will charge the client for the Replacement of the item. If you have missing or damaged items upon return, you will be informed as soon as possible after your event. If any missing items can be located after the event, we ask that you try to return them within 48 hours.
